Casino Dispute Centre

Abraham Lincoln once said “You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time”…

Many online casinos, although trying to please all their players all the time, will have players from time to time that are unhappy and feel treated unfairly. The casinos aren’t right all the time, and often it happens that the player does have a valid case. The same goes for players, although they might feel they have a valid grievance, sometimes it does happen that the online casino is in the right.

Why the Pokies Casinos Dispute Centre?

We established the Pokies Casinos Dispute Centre so members can lodge a dispute against any of the online casinos listed on the site should they not receive what they see as a fair resolution to their problem. Having over 20 years in the online casino industry – the team behind Pokies Casinos will evaluate if the member has a valid dispute, and then on behalf of the member contact the relevant online casino, and to the best of our ability, try and resolve the dispute.

Players are however encouraged to contact the casino through their designated support channels before submitting a dispute on Pokies Casinos. Contrary to popular believe, most casinos do realize that their players are their most important asset, and are therefore, in most cases, more than willing to assist players with any grievances they might have.

The Pokies Casinos Dispute Centre doesn’t guarantee success for each and every dispute lodged, but we do promise that we will try our hardest to see each dispute to a successful resolution in a timely manner.

For what can I submit a dispute?

We have broken down the various types of disputes that can be logged into, what we have found, to be the main categories that they usually fall under. These include Account, Bonus, Deposit, Payment and Software problems. Just to be sure we cover everything else, we have also added a General category.

Account Problems

These types of problems usually occur when a player cannot log into his/her player account, being accused of having multiple accounts or funds disappearing from an account.

Bonus Problems

Bonus problem disputes usually relate to players being denied bonuses, bonus money being removed from a player account or a player being accused of bonus abuse.

Deposit Problems

Examples of these include being unable to make a deposit at an online casino, a deposit being processed but not showing up in the player account, or any other scenario where making a deposit at an online casino goes wrong.

Payment Problems

These are usually the most common types of problems experienced by players. An example of these type of problems is when a player requests a withdrawal, but the casino delays the processing of the payment.

Software Problems

This category covers anything related to the casino’s software. A game crashing, incorrect winning calculations or even casino games that a player might feel is unfair.

Under this category disputes can be logged that don’t fall into any of the other categories.

We do however recommend that, before a dispute is submitted, that players familiarize themselves with the Dispute Centre Guidelines and to take a look through the Dispute Centre FAQ‘s to see if there isn’t something that could be of assistance before they submit a dispute.
